PK6 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the PK6 online platform, accessible at pk6.live, including all casino games, sports betting, live casino, VIP services and any other features offered through the platform or the PK6 mobile app. The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and PK6.

PK6 is an online entertainment platform. All references to PKR within the platform refer to Pakistani Rupees, which is the currency used for all transactions on the platform. These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK) and are intended to be straightforward and readable — not buried in unnecessary legal language.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PK6 platform.

PK6 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time. If verification documents are requested, they must be provided within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

PK6 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether accessing PK6 is permitted under the laws applicable in their location.

To access real-money features on PK6 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation and betting — you must create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms.

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one PK6 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate details: The name, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must be accurate. These details will be used for identity verification and payment processing. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. PK6 staff will never ask for your password.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method after identity checks are completed.

PK6 reserves the right to refuse account registrations at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

PK6 accepts deposits in PKR through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and mobile wallet options. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PK6 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being completed on your end.
• Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account registered to another person is not permitted.
• PK6 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your PK6 balance within the expected timeframe, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals at PK6 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. This policy exists to protect against unauthorised transactions and money laundering.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Only real-money balances that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and free spin winnings subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met.
• Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to a payment account not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will not be processed under any circumstances.

PK6 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion details:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period. Expired bonuses are forfeited along with any winnings derived from them.

The PK6 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports . The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in your real-money or bonus balance. Bets will not be placed on credit.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs or play required for settlement, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time of placing.
• Live betting odds update in real time during a match. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — not the odds displayed a few seconds before or after.
• PK6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known to the player at the time of placing, or where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding these limits may be reduced or declined at PK6's discretion.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to match fixing, arbitrage abuse or coordinated wagering — will result in the relevant bets being voided and the account being investigated.

For PSL and other Pakistan cricket tournaments, specific settlement rules may apply depending on the format and the competition's official rules. These are displayed within the relevant market in the sportsbook.

PK6 offers a library of over 1,500 casino games including slots, table games, crash games and live dealer titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Microgaming and Ezugi. The following rules apply to casino gameplay:

• Attempting to defraud PK6 or other players through any means, including through chargebacks, false dispute claims or payment reversals.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Sharing promotional codes or referral bonuses in ways that violate the specific terms of those promotions.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform. PK6 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Maintaining the security of your PK6 account is your responsibility. PK6 strongly recommends the following practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your PK6 account that you do not use for any other service.
• Never share your password, OTP codes or account access with any other person, including friends, family members or anyone claiming to be PK6 staff.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Contact PK6 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

PK6 implements industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, PK6 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.

If PK6 detects unusual activity on your account — such as login attempts from an unrecognised device or location — the account may be temporarily suspended as a precaution pending your verification. This is done to protect players, not to cause inconvenience.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered immediately — increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: Set reminders to notify you of how long you have been playing during a session.
• Self-suspension: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks — directly from your account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting the PK6 support team. Self-exclusion requests are applied within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• The PK6 logo and brand identity may not be used for any purpose other than linking to pk6.live in the manner expressly permitted by PK6.
• Game content is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections in addition to PK6's terms.

PK6 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

• PK6 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities or third-party payment processing delays outside of PK6's direct control.
• PK6 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to a player's failure to meet wagering requirements before a bonus expires.
• PK6's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the bet or deposit directly involved in that incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PK6 makes no representations or warranties regarding the tax implications of winnings in any jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any tax obligations that may apply to their winnings.

PK6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the PK6 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
