Account & Registration

Creating a PK6 account takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page, enter your name, Pakistani mobile number (starting with 03), email address and a secure password. A verification code is sent to your mobile to confirm your number. Once confirmed, your account is active immediately and you can make your first deposit straight away. There are no joining fees and no monthly charges — registration is completely free.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use PK6. Age is verified during registration and again when you submit your first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to players under 18 are closed immediately. No — PK6 allows one account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all associated accounts including balances and pending withdrawals may be suspended. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

For standard account verification, you need a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back. For withdrawals above certain thresholds, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address may also be requested. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of submitting your documents and only needs to be done once.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and PK6 will send a reset link or SMS code. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. The reset link expires after 30 minutes so complete the process promptly. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before contacting support.

You can request a self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting PK6 live support via chat. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets for the period you select. Deposits & Payments
JazzCash Easypaisa Raast Bank Transfer Cards

PK6 supports all major Pakistan payment options. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other local mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees. Log in to your account, go to the Deposit section and choose whichever method is most convenient for you at that moment.

The minimum deposit on PK6 is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank transfers and card payments the minimum may be slightly higher depending on the method. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. You can top up your balance multiple times per day with no restrictions.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your PK6 balance almost instantly — usually within a few seconds of completing the payment on your phone. Raast transfers are also typically instant. Bank transfers may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on the bank. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and contact PK6 live support with your transaction reference number.

PK6 does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you transfer is credited to your gaming balance. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own small transaction charge on their end — this is charged by the payment provider, not PK6, and varies between services. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for current fee information if you are unsure.

This occasionally happens due to a network interruption between the payment gateway and PK6. First, wait 15 minutes as the system may still process the transaction. If your PK6 balance has still not updated, open the PK6 live chat and share your JazzCash transaction ID, the exact amount and the date and time of the transaction. The support team will trace the payment and credit your account manually, usually within a few hours.
Withdrawals

Log in to your PK6 account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your account must be verified before the first withdrawal can be processed. Once approved, the funds are sent directly to your mobile wallet or bank account. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 1 to 4 hours after approval. Bank transfers typically take 1 to 2 business days. Withdrawals are reviewed during business hours and requests submitted late at night or on public holidays may take a little longer. Your account status page shows the current state of any pending withdrawal in real time.

The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no upper limit for verified accounts. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing and may have access to higher single-transaction limits. Check your account dashboard or the VIP page for details relevant to your current tier.

Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, mismatched payment details or a pending security review on the account. If your withdrawal has been declined, PK6 will send a notification explaining the reason. Resolve the stated issue and resubmit the request. If you are unsure why it was declined, contact live support with your withdrawal reference number for a clear explanation.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method and mobile number used for deposits. If you need to update your withdrawal account — for example, because you have changed your SIM card — contact PK6 support before submitting the request and provide identity verification. This ensures your funds go to the correct and verified account.
Sports Betting & Cricket

Yes — PSL is one of the most popular betting categories on PK6. Every PSL match has a full range of markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, total sixes, first wicket method and live in-play betting. Markets open well before the toss and odds update ball by ball during play. You can also set up pre-match accumulators combining multiple PSL fixtures.

The minimum single bet on PK6 sports is PKR 50. This low entry point means you can test new markets or bet on multiple matches without committing a large portion of your balance to any one game. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type — high-profile PSL finals and international T20 matches generally allow higher maximums than lower-profile fixtures.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result has been bowled, all bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your PK6 balance in full. If a DLS result is officially declared, bets are settled on the DLS result. Live bets that were placed and settled before the abandonment are generally not reversed. During a live match you can bet on the next wicket, current over runs, live match winner and many other real-time markets. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 20,000 worth of bets using that bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. Progress is tracked in your account and bets on different game types may contribute different percentages towards the requirement.

Yes. No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. However, any winnings you generate from real money bets (not bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time. Yes. All PK6 bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account. The expiry date is shown in your account under the Bonuses section. Set a reminder so you do not miss the deadline, and only claim a bonus when you plan to play regularly in the coming days.

VIP points on PK6 do not expire as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active if at least one bet is placed within a rolling 90-day window. If your account is inactive for more than 90 days, accumulated points may be reduced. To avoid this, simply place any bet within the 90-day period to keep your account active and your points intact. Regular sports betting and slot play uses very little data — typically a few MB per hour, similar to using a social media app. Live Casino streaming uses more data because of the HD video feed — expect around 200 to 400 MB per hour for Live Casino.
